I remember a team building activity, the “trust fall,” that I participated in years ago. It was hard for me to fall at my back from an elevated position and allow my group to catch me. It took several attempts for me to complete the trust fall. I was always wary of my group not being able to catch me. I simply lacked trust with my group.
